Terms & Conditions

I. OWNERSHIP & LICENSING
1. I own all artwork created and reserve the right to display said work for portfolio use. Therefore:
1.1. DO NOT reprint, redistribute, or remix my work unless otherwise negotiated.
1.2. DO NOT remove or crop out my signature in reposts. If the commercial fee was paid, the final deliverable may not require my signature, but public credit is required.
1.3. DO NOT use my art in generative artificial intelligence (AI) programs.
1.4. DO NOT use my art as an NFT.
1.5. The final deliverable is licensed exclusively to the intended recipient, whether the commissioner or a giftee.

II. PAYMENT
2. All orders must be paid 100% upfront if your commission request is accepted. You will be sent an invoice and must pay via the chosen method provided upon receipt. Work will not start until pay has been received.
2.1. PAYMENT METHODS: As of 1/3/24, I accept PayPal and Wise (formerly Transferwise).

III. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
3. I have the right to refuse, cancel, and refund a commission for any reason.
3.1. I allow partial and full refunds on the following conditions:
3.1.1. FULL REFUND: You will be 100% refunded if you request a cancellation before finalizing the Sketch stage, OR if I decide I cannot or will not complete the commission.
3.1.2. PARTIAL REFUND: You will be 50% refunded if you request a cancellation during or after the Sketch stage.

IV. TAXES & FEES
4. SALES AND USE TAX: A 6% sales tax will be added to the final subtotal.
4.1 COMMERCIAL FEE: If you intend to use the work for commercial purposes, you will be charged +100% to the original subtotal.
4.2. REVISION FEE: If you request a significant change after the final art is delivered, a Revision Fee of 30% the original subtotal is to be paid upfront.
4.2.1. No Revision Fee is incurred if the request is to correct an error on my part.

V. POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT
5. I will be available for up to 10 business days after the final delivery, during which you can ask for revisions, files, and other support related to your commission.

Commission Process

Stage 1: Request

To initiate a request when my service is Open, please fill out my Request Form. If I accept your request, you will receive an invoice to be paid 100% upfront. After which, we will proceed to the next stage.

Stage 2: Thumbnails

These are several very small, very rough sketches meant to plan out the overall composition. When you choose which one you like best, it will become the base for the commission.

Stage 3: Sketch

This is a more detailed sketch at the size of the final piece. From this stage forth:
• All previews will be watermarked and screenshot at a zoomed-out size.
• You can make up to 3 requests for minor changes.

Stage 4: Lining

The sketch is flatly lined in either black or a single color of your choice. If this is the final stage of your order, you may request hard shadows and/or a transparent background.

Stage 5: Rendering

The line art is colored and shaded. You may request either an abstract or transparent background. Once you agree to the final render, the commission is done!

Stage 6: Delivery

Within 24 hours of confirming the work is complete, the commission is delivered at full size and un-watermarked. Enjoy!
